While making a playlist on 8tracks, I just got a little moment to reflect on my past and the playlist ended up reflecting my mood.
I realized long ago all the mistakes I made and I am so, so sorry for all the promises I made you. I'm sorry because I broke every single one of them. They never lied when they said that you don't realize what you have until you've lost it. And I want you back. You were so real. You were so vulnerable and I hurt you. I know you will never forgive me for going numb... For letting you leave me. But I apologize for everything I did. I'll never forget the friendship we had, but I also won't forget how badly I messed it up.
